For PE license holders from other jurisdictions who have ABET degree, passed NCEES FE and PE exams, and have four years of experience. Must pass Wyoming Law and Ethics Exam.

Rules and Regulations, Chapter 1
Hold a current license issued by another jurisdiction to practice professional engineering. Have passed the fundamentals and principles and practice of engineering examination, administered by NCEES. Have a four (4) year ABET-EAC accredited degree. Have at minimum four (4) years of qualifying engineering experience.

All comity applicants are required to pass a written examination on professional ethics and Wyoming licensing laws (Law and Ethics Exam). Exam is emailed to applicant after comity application is submitted.
