Board may issue certificate to person who holds certificate of qualification issued following examination by proper authority of any state, territory, possession of US, District of Columbia, or foreign country if applicant meets all requirements of this chapter and rules established by the board and is in good standing with licensing agency.

Board shall waive fundamentals examination for applicants who have passed the NCEES principles and practice examination, have met the experience and education requirements established by the board, and are in good standing with licensing agency in another jurisdiction.
