Comity Licensure with Mandatory Local Examination
Per § 1302(d)(2), NCEES examinations may be waived for licensed surveyors from US jurisdictions with equivalent requirements. However, § 1302(d)(3) explicitly requires Guam Land Matters examination for ALL applicants without exception.
